Job description

Radiologist

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH), in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), is searching for board-certified/board-eligible, fellowship trained, MQSA-certified Radiologist to join our Diagnostic Radiology Department in Astoria, Oregon.

Function/Duties of Position

CMH and OHSU are offering a Clinical Associate position which provides the opportunity to practice general radiology in our small community hospital on the northern Oregon coast. As a general radiologist in Astoria your clinical responsibilities will include all modalities and interventional procedures. CMH utilizes Powerscribe 360 and Phillips iSite for their PAC's system, and Phillips for the US and interventional equipment. In addition, the hospital has 1.5T and 3.0T MRI scanners. Our opportunity is for an OHSU-employed position with a strong compensation and benefits package that includes:

CMH is a full service, critical access, not-for-profit, Planetree-Certified hospital which shares a collaborative relationship with OHSU. Over the years, our relationship has grown to include collaborations within cancer care, cardiology, emergency medicine, general surgery, urology, endocrinology, podiatry, orthopedics, women's health, pediatrics, primary care, and radiology. Together, CMH and OHSU have created an integrated system of care that bolsters the Oregon north coast region. The National Rural Health Organization (NRHO) has named CMH the Outstanding Rural Health Organization for 2024.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must be ABR board certifying eligible after passing the ABR Core Exam and successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency. International Medical Graduates are eligible for the position provided they have a valid ECFMG certificate, have completed an ACGME-accredited residency and ABR Core Exam, or are otherwise board-eligible through the ABR IMG Alternate Pathway program.
