This Position reports to: Business Manager - Operations Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size analytical system integration projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. This role is contributing to the System Integration Unit of Analytical BL in PAMA. You will be mainly accountable for: Project Leadership. Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach, and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. Provides performance feedback for the resources allocated to projects. Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses and cash flow. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer. Instructions and Guidelines. Involves in continuous improvement and simplification. Supports in improving guidelines, tools, and templates. Ensures compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. Budget, Sales, and Operations Planning. Supports local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders. Review FCM (full cost model) after project handover. Project Execution and Control. Ensures that the project follows execution best practices established by the organization and ABB policies. Monitors and controls project progress effectively and efficiently. Resource utilization. Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow. Identifies, qualifies, quantifies, manages project risks, and ensures all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, analyzes, and shares lessons learned throughout the project. Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. Contract and Claims/ & Procurement Management. Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Supports Procurement and Logistics in supplier negotiations, claims, and project changes. Qualifications For The Role Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering, automation engineering or equivalent Minimum 8 years of working experience in the engineering or project management field with a proven track record of international projects Proficiency in verbal and written English Proficiency in project reporting tools / systems Ability to work in a systematic and structured manner to ensure tasks are performed efficiently with minimal use of resources, time and effort What's in it for you?
