TSMC Arizona is looking for Process Integration Manager(s), and Yield Enhancement Manager(s) to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a PID/YED Manager, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values - Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.
PID "Process Integration Engineering" Technical Manager
The Process Integration Engineering Department is responsible for Transfer, Ramp and Sustaining Operation of a 4nm Foundry Factory
Responsibilities include:
  • Supervise 5 to 15 engineers sustaining, drive continuous process improvement, develop, and enhance the skills of the local work force.
  • Your team will own a process section loop and you will have responsibilities for your loop integrated targets for Yield, Performance, Reliability targets.
  • You will lead your team to partner with Defect Metrology, Process, Equipment and Manufacturing engineering in identify and driving process improvements to meet Performance, Reliability, Defect, Cost, and Productivity goals.

YED "Yield Enhancement Engineering" Technical Manager
The Yield Excellence Department is responsible for Transfer, Ramp and Sustaining Operation of a 4nm Foundry Factory
Responsibilities include:
  • Supervise 5 to 15 engineers in defect metrology manufacturing sustaining, drive continuous process improvement, develop, and enhance the skills of the local work force.
  • Your team will own a process loop and you will have responsibilities for your loop meeting targets, daily monitor and identification, containment and fix of excursion material and process tools in meeting Yield, Performance, Reliability and Cost/Productivity Goals.
  • You will lead your team to partner with Integration, Process, Equipment and Manufacturing engineering in identify and driving process improvements to meet Performance, Reliability, Defect, Cost, and Productivity goals.

Requirements are:
  • 2 years of experience in people management & development
  • 8 years of overall experience in semiconductor industry
  • BS degree in an engineering field
  • Weekend on-duty and phone availability during off-work hours

Please Note: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. This position is located on-site at our Phoenix, AZ Fab21: 5088 W Innovation Cir. Phoenix, AZ. This position will require training both in Arizona and overseas in Taiwan for a short period of time. #LI-Onsite
