MMC's Service department is the largest mechanical service department in Minnesota, and we are expanding our presence in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Our non-union project managers manage large portfolios of "complicated" buildings. MMC prides itself on building strong customer relationships. As an HVAC Service Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for building a client base, selling and maintaining preventive maintenance agreements, executing small simple projects, working in a team, and developing strong lasting customer relations.
Job Specifics:
  • Utilize robust networking and relationship building skills to create and expand a client base.
  • Effectively create and sell appealing preventive maintenance agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with the goal of maintaining and strengthening client relationships and agreements.
  • Contribute and work well with a strong, passionate team.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of project management experience.
  • HVAC/Mechanical industry experience.
  • Experience providing superior customer service.
  • Capacity to work on a high performing team
  • Able to price simple mechanical proposals utilizing MMC's pricing system
  • Motivated by providing first class customer service
  • Skilled at managing many tasks / multitasking.
  • Aptitude to learning new software as a super user
