Job description

About the job

This role owns cross-lever go-live readiness and special initiatives requiring heavy analytics and complex stakeholder coordination. Produces decision-ready go/no-go packs, drives closure of critical dependencies (data, mapping, and operational readiness), and ensures segment needs are addressed through structured delivery and escalation. You’ll build internal networks, spot trends and patterns, and formulate clear, actionable recommendations that align with our existing operations and strategic priorities (brand-led model, digitization, supply efficiency, etc.).

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $100130 per year - $155540 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What’s in it for you

  • Go-Live readiness & "decision-ready" packaging: check data readiness and produce a plan, and a cutover checklist: consolidate "what must be true" before a go/no-go (owners, due dates, dependencies, risks, mitigations)
  • Cross-stakeholder orchestration: Run short, focused working sessions to close open items; Drive follow-ups until action items are closed, especially where work crosses functions, produce a Weekly “closure list” (Top 10 blockers) with owner/date/status
  • The role limits the magnitude of change on site, adapts the model to operational constraints and cares for agreed exceptions with each business unit. Scope is defined and agreed upfront, stakeholder mapped, dependencies and risks managed so changes are delivered with minimal disruption to operators.
  • Dependency & risk integration across levers: Make dependencies to go-live explicit to avoid “side conversations” and unclear accountability. Maintain a cross-lever dependency map to secure go-live (not the entire portfolio) and escalate early when a dependency threatens a go-live.
  • Interface with existing governance ownership: This role feeds decision-ready content, draft go/no-go options + recommended path, through the existing governance lanes

What you’ll bring

  • Detailed knowledge of operator’s challenges, pain points; good understanding on how to improve operators work environment
  • Proven experience directing, influencing and leading others without direct management link.
  • Significant experience in planning, integrating different workstreams into one to deliver changes.

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Related Management Experience: 5 years
  • Related Functional Experience: 5 years
