Position Summary

Think Simple is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support integrated technology solutions for residential and commercial clients. The Systems Engineer will work closely with project managers, technicians, and clients to deliver high-quality audio/visual, networking, automation, and control system solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure audio/visual, networking, and automation systems.
  • Develop system architecture and technical documentation for client projects.
  • Program and troubleshoot control systems, networking equipment, and integrated technologies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance optimization.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and internal staff.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Ensure projects meet company quality standards and client expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
