Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across functional teams
  • Maintain and organize campaign assets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and audit requirements
  • Partner with the creative and operations team to manage project workflows in Workfront or equivalent tools, tracking progress and flagging risks
Audience Strategy & Testing Support
  • Assist in the planning and execution of A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels, including creative, audience, and messaging experiments
  • Support management of audience lists, segments, and suppression pools across advertising platforms to enable full-funnel targeting and attribution
  • Conduct QA audits on audience configurations and test setups to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and financial services advertising compliance
  • Stay current on platform updates, audience best practices, and compliance considerations relevant to regulated-industry marketing
Performance Reporting & Analytics
  • Analyze campaign performance, website metrics, and prospect data to surface actionable insights for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a marketing performance dashboard and contribute to recurring reporting cadences, including Quarterly Marketing Reports, bi-weekly updates, and enterprise MAP reports
  • Prepare and present A/B test readouts and audience performance summaries with clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Support competitive and market research to inform campaign strategies and business objectives
Marketing Operations & Administration
  • Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping
  • Own team process documentation, ensuring workflows are current, compliant with risk controls, and regularly reviewed for efficiency
  • Organize and archive marketing assets to support compliance, audit reviews, and team accessibility
  • Cross-train with teammates and contribute to operational improvements that scale the broader marketing function

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Statistics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Exposure to paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) preferred; hands-on experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data summaries) and PowerPoint (business presentations)
  • Familiarity with audience targeting segmentation, A/B testing concepts, and statistical significance is an advantage
  • Experience with project management tools (Workfront or equivalent) and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and social media tools preferred
  • Exposure to financial services, eCommerce, or other regulated industries is a plus
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow structured testing processes and compliance requirements
  • Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset; thrives learning from experienced teammates and contributing cross-functionally

Axos Employee Benefits May Include:
