An Integration and Test Engineer is responsible for bringing together various subsystems or components of a product, ensuring they work together as intended, and thoroughly testing the complete system. They design and execute test plans, identify and troubleshoot issues, and work closely with development teams to resolve problems. Their ultimate goal is to verify that the final product meets all technical and functional requirements before it is delivered to customers.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an integration and test engineer?

To thrive as an Integration and Test Engineer, you need a strong background in systems engineering, software/hardware integration, and test plan development, typically supported by a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
