Integration Aides are educational support staff who assist students with additional learning or behavioral needs, helping them participate fully in mainstream classroom activities. They work closely with teachers to implement individual learning plans, provide one-on-one or small group support, and help create an inclusive environment. Their role may also involve assisting with communication, social skills, and personal care, depending on the needs of the students. Integration Aides play a vital role in fostering student independence and promoting positive learning experiences.

How does an integration aide typically support students and collaborate with teachers throughout the school day?
