Role Purpose

The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Administrator / Analyst supports the monthly IBP process, with primary responsibility for developing a clear, quantified, and well-supported demand plan. The role works directly with Commercial teams to understand customer demand, business drivers, timing, confidence, risks, and opportunities; translates those inputs into forecast data; and maintains the forecast.

This position owns the demand assumptions file and ensures that assumptions are documented, validated, current, and communicated effectively to Supply, Operations, and Finance. The role combines strong analytical capability with the business judgment and interpersonal skills needed to question inputs constructively, clarify uncertainty, and present a credible demand story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate demand-planning activities within the monthly IBP cycle, including stakeholder interviews, data collection, review preparation, follow-up actions, and calendar support.
  • Partner with Commercial stakeholders to understand demand drivers such as customer timing, opportunity status, probability, volume, revenue, market conditions, and planned commercial actions.
  • Translate commercial inputs into a time-phased demand forecast and maintain accurate forecast records within the SharePoint S&OP site.
  • Own and maintain the demand assumptions file, ensuring assumptions, risks, opportunities, rationale, timing, and follow-up actions are clearly documented and up to date.
  • Validate forecast submissions for completeness, consistency, and reasonableness, while constructively challenging unsupported, outdated, or unclear assumptions and resolving discrepancies with stakeholders.
  • Analyze prior-cycle changes, forecast accuracy, emerging trends, and key demand risks and opportunities to support informed planning decisions.
  • Prepare and present demand insights during demand and supply reviews, while driving cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Supply, Operations, and Finance and supporting continuous improvement of IBP processes, tools, and data quality.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field—or experience in business analysis, demand planning, sales operations, supply chain planning, forecasting, or process coordination
  • Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; experience maintaining structured data in SharePoint, ERP, planning, CRM, or similar business systems

Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge of IBP, S&OP, demand planning, forecast accuracy, or supply-chain concepts
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting forecast data, identifying trends and inconsistencies, and converting qualitative commercial information into quantified assumptions

This position does not support immigration sponsorship.

The range for this position is $71,768.00 - $98,681.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
