Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, the Integrated Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies for either the pH-D® brand. As the integrated marketing lead for an assigned brand, this role connects Brand, Creative, E-Commerce, Sales, Events, agency partners, and consumer insights to bring integrated marketing strategies to life across paid media, retail media, creators, influencers, public relations, organic social, strategic partnerships, and experiential marketing. Working in close partnership with the Director of Integrated Marketing, the Integrated Marketing Manager translates business priorities into integrated consumer engagement plans, providing channel expertise, consumer insights, campaign recommendations, and performance optimization while ensuring all marketing initiatives remain aligned with approved brand strategy. Success in this role requires balancing long-term brand building with near-term business objectives, ensuring every consumer touchpoint delivers a cohesive brand experience while contributing to measurable commercial performance.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Own the consumer journey for the assigned brand, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience across paid media, social, e-commerce, retail, public relations, partnerships, and events.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align brand priorities, consumer insights, campaign objectives, and business goals.
  • Partner with Brand, Creative, E-Commerce, Sales, Events, and agency teams to coordinate campaigns, product launches, content, messaging, and channel activation.
  • Lead day-to-day agency relationships, including campaign briefs, media planning, audience strategy, timelines, creative assets, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee paid media and consumer acquisition efforts, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Guide social media, creator, influencer, advisor, public relations, and strategic partnership programs to strengthen awareness, credibility, engagement, and brand loyalty.
  • Support experiential marketing and trade show activations by aligning messaging, promotion, content, and follow-up efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain integrated marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and in accordance with applicable compliance standards.
  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign results, and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations for future marketing strategies and investments.
  • Monitor consumer behavior, marketplace trends, media platforms, and emerging opportunities to help the brand remain relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in integrated, consumer, brand, media, social, or growth marketing.
  • Experience planning and executing integrated, full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Working knowledge of paid and retail media, social media, influencer marketing, public relations, content strategy, and customer journey planning.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights and business objectives into effective marketing programs, creative briefs, and measurable results.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance, marketing metrics, and consumer data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, external agencies, creator networks, influencer programs, and related measurement platforms.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strategic, collaborative, and action-oriented approach with an understanding of emerging media trends and evolving digital platforms.
  • Experience within CPG, wellness, health, nutrition, or performance-focused brands is preferred.
