At Edelman Financial Engines (EFE), our purpose is to guide people with the financial advice they need to thrive.

We believe that every dollar saved represents a lifetime of hard work and aspirations, and every dollar invested has a job to do for our clients. That's why we are committed to managing our clients' investments by truly understanding them as people first and then delivering advice, strategies and solutions to help them feel confident about the plans they are making, whether for today, tomorrow, or in the great unknown future. Our goal is to build long-term relationships based on respect, integrity, and a belief that our responsibility is to help people make smart investments decisions in every stage of their lives.

Our culture is grounded in our CORE values: Client First, One Team, Respectful Candor, and Endless Curiosity. These values guide everything we do, for our clients and each other. We're looking for someone who is curious about people and what drives their behavior, enjoys turning insights and data into actionable marketing strategies, and is excited to work across teams to move ideas from insight to execution.

 Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs that drive advisor engagement, leveraging audience needs and insights to connect employees with relevant financial support and ultimately drive Employee Planning growth.
  • Analyze program and advisor engagement performance to identify opportunities, optimize marketing effectiveness and inform the ongoing evolution of program design.
  • Develop a deep understanding of employee financial needs, behaviors and preferences to help define audience segments and translate their needs into relevant positioning, messaging and marketing experiences that drive engagement with EFE's products and services.
  • Partner with the Engagement Center, Product, Analytics and other cross-functional teams to gather insights, identify opportunities and inform the development and optimization of Employee Planning marketing programs.
  • Support the project management of other programs within Integrated Marketing as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field
  • 3-5 years of consistent track record delivering compelling and impactful work in relatable roles
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Passion for research and a dedication and desire to understand users and their preferences
  • A creative thinker/storyteller who can bring new, outside-the-box ideas to the table
  • Strong writing skills including an ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience collaborating with creative partners (i.e. writers, designers) to bring a vision to life
  • Ability to develop successful cross-functional partners within and outside of marketing
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to ensure projects are led effectively and efficiently
