Compensation:  $75,000 - $85,000 Annually + Commission

About the Job

This role is a strategic, revenue-generating position responsible for driving growth through the full-cycle sale of the Integrated EHR and practice management system (IMS), Billing and Revenue Cycle Automation, Patient engagement, and telehealth support solutions to private physician practices. The Sales Professional will own the entire business development process—from prospect identification and qualification through product demonstration, consultative solution design, negotiation, and close.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales of EHR/EMR solutions to private medical practices

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close

  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets

  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with prospective clients

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and PR teams

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas

  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and product updates

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sales

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in EHR/EMR or Practice Management software sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Strong consultative selling and presentation skills

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% for meetings and trade events

  • Ability to work in Sacramento, CA
