What are Integrated Health Services?

Integrated Health Services refer to a coordinated approach to healthcare that brings together different services—such as primary care, mental health, and specialty care—under one system to provide comprehensive and continuous care for patients. The goal is to improve patient outcomes by ensuring that care is seamless and that information is shared among healthcare providers. This approach can help reduce gaps in care, improve efficiency, and make it easier for patients to access the services they need.
