Overview:Build the Connections That Keep the Business MovingHolley is expanding its enterprise integration capabilities and is hiring an Integration Engineer to help design and build the application connectivity that powers our ERP, WMS, CRM, e-commerce, finance, and operational systems.This role focuses on developing, supporting, and enhancing integrations that allow our enterprise platforms to communicate seamlessly. You will work closely with a Senior Integration Engineer to implement scalable, secure, and resilient integrations primarily using Workato, with exposure to Infor ION as our ERP landscape grows.This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building APIs, orchestrating workflows, troubleshooting cross-system issues, and improving how applications work together.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain integrations using Workato.
  • Develop APIs and system-to-system workflows across ERP, WMS, CRM, finance, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Configure and leverage pre-built connectors while assisting in development of custom connectors where needed.
  • Implement data mappings, transformations, error handling, and retry logic.
  • Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve failures.
  • Support version control, testing, and structured deployment practices.
  • Partner with application owners and business stakeholders to clarify integration requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex multi-system issues under guidance of the Senior Integration Engineer.
  • Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable integration patterns.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in integration engineering, API development, or enterprise systems integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Workato or another iPaaS platform (Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogic).
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and common integration patterns.
  • Experience working with JSON, XML, and data transformations.
  • Basic scripting experience (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  • Familiarity with authentication methods (OAuth2, API keys, JWT).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working across multiple systems.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to Infor ION or ERP-related integrations.
  • Experience integrating ERP, WMS, CRM, or e-commerce platforms.
  • SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and validation.
  • Exposure to CI/CD practices for integration deployment.
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
