ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're seeking an Account Coordinator, Integrated Communications (Impact) to support integrated campaigns that connect brands, organizations, and causes with culture across politics, social impact, and advocacy. This role will support the execution of influencer and PR programs, helping to drive awareness, shape public perception, and engage key audiences around important issues.
You'll work closely with PR, influencer, and integrated teams to coordinate campaigns, manage creator relationships, and support storytelling that bridges digital engagement with real-world impact. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is highly organized, culturally aware, and eager to build experience in public affairs, communications, and influencer strategy.
Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis. The Impact team is in-office at least 3 days per week
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
As the Account Coordinator, Integrated Communications you will...
  • Support the execution of influencer and PR campaigns across politics, advocacy, and social impact initiatives
  • Assist with influencer research, identification, vetting, and outreach, with a focus on credible voices including community leaders, advocates, and culturally relevant creators
  • Help coordinate campaign logistics, including timelines, content tracking, approvals, and reporting
  • Draft materials such as influencer briefs, media lists, reports, and internal documents
  • Monitor campaign performance and support reporting efforts, including tracking coverage, engagement, and audience sentiment
  • Collaborate with PR, social, and integrated teams to ensure influencer efforts align with broader communications strategies and key messages
  • Support the coordination of events, activations, and community engagement efforts tied to campaigns
  • Stay informed on emerging platforms, creator trends, and conversations shaping public opinion and culture
  • Help maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and internal teams through clear and proactive communication
  • Support new business efforts through research, list building, and proposal development

Essential skills:
  • Internship or other relevant experience in public relations, political campaigns, social media, influencer marketing, or communications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of social and digital platforms and how they influence public opinion and cultural conversation
  • Interest in politics, advocacy, and/or social impact work
