We can ONLY consider your application if you have:
1: Bachelor's Degree
2: 6+ years of relevant experience (4 with Master's, 10 with no degree)
3: Experience designing state of the art Analog & Digital electronic circuits
4: Proven and effective communications skills and interpersonal skills
5: Experience with Analog & Digital design, tuning, analysis and optimization
6: Ability to utilize signal processing algorithms in FPGAs and software
7: Experience with part selection and interfacing with manufacturers
8: Able to test and support initial bring-up of prototype hardware
9: Experience with detailed circuit level design verification testing, power savings analysis and optimization
10: Perform electronic circuit design including schematic capture and layout knowledge
11: Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

We are looking for an outstanding Digital Design Engineer with strong Analog & Digital Electrical Engineering background and experience to support critical component shortages and other design activities for tactical radio products and accessories. The individual will work closely with both the design engineering community and all operational resources to enable continuous manufacturing. Additional program support is also required to enable new business opportunities.

:: Exposure to electronic circuit elements such as: ASICs, PLLs, DACs, Amplifiers and Power Supplies

Duties and Responsibilities
== Responsible for architecting, designing, developing, modifying, evaluating and integrating electronic equipment, electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for complex, high performance digital hardware systems.
== Ability to prioritize tasks and issues based on technical challenge and revenue impact.
== Diverse product development knowledge from component selection through change orders and factory implementation.
== Analyzes electrical requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
== Hands-on experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators etc. to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluate results.
== Includes the application of specialized skill sets including digital, analog, FPGA, DSP, CCA, power, antenna, and control systems knowledge as required. Provide timely and thorough response to issues that impact continuous production and generation of revenue in the JROC focus factories with staffing and problem-solving expertise.
