• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, ensuring treatment plans are effectively tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions, explain findings thoroughly, and develop appropriate treatment plans that incorporate strength and conditioning principles.
• Organize and preplan each treatment session to ensure a seamless experience for patients, enhancing their engagement and progress throughout therapy.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to expand your clinical and personal skill set, implementing evidence-based practices that improve patient care immediately.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain clear communication with multidisciplinary teams regarding patient care plans.

Rx Physical Therapy specializes in delivering therapeutic services for active adults facing orthopedic challenges. Our patients often include individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will play a vital role in their recovery and rehabilitation, offering guidance and support as they regain their physical abilities and engage in life activities with confidence.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
• Solid foundational knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and practices.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly with a focus on orthopedic cases, is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred to ensure patient safety during treatment.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering yearly compensation between USD 100,000 and 120,000 based on experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
