Are you a strategic Intapp consultant who's interested in consulting to the most prestigious law firms working on the industry's most complex and interesting cloud Intapp implementations, and leading new technologies developing data and integration solutions? This position will be pivotal to the foundation and growth of our Intapp solution area.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intapp Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Intapp products and other data tools. This role requires a deep understanding of Intapp's range of solutions and the ability to work closely with clients to implement and optimize these solutions to meet their business needs.
๐Ÿ” What You'll Do:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Intapp products.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement Intapp solutions such as Intake, Conflicts, Walls, Terms, and Time.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Intapp solutions.
  • Lead agile projects and manage project portfolios, ensuring successful execution of complex projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, Marketing, and Executive Directors at law firms.
  • Help prepare and submit proposals, business cases, solution design, and ROI documents.
  • Ensure data migration accuracy and consistency during system replacements and cloud migrations.
  • Provide strategic direction for technology implementations and align business systems with information governance policies.
  • Migrate Intapp Integrate functions and jobs to modern technologies such as Intapp IIS, or other modern cloud friendly tools.
  • Build Custom Integrations as needed.
โ€ข What You Bring:
  • Intapp IIS (Boomi) and Intake Certification. Nice to have Walls, Time or Terms certifications.
  • Proven experience as a solutions or integration Consultant, with Intapp specific products experience.
  • Must have law firm and law firm consulting experience for consideration.
  • Experience in the analysis, design, implementation, administration, and support of Intapp products and Integration methods.
  • Well rounded understanding of application systems that are common within Legal environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and other project team members simultaneously.
  • Credibility w/ Intapp (in terms of proven track record of client delivery/execution success) as a consultant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to apply expertise individually and mentor other team member to increase team capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with API development (e.g., REST, GraphQL).
  • Experience with modern development languages as needed for data integrations or other solution development needs (.net, JavaScript, Python, React, etc.).
  • Experience with Data Modeling, Master Data Management, Data Warehouse or Data Lake development.
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or Microsoft Power Automate).
  • Understanding of information governance and compliance standards.
