Salary range (but not limited to):

87,200 - 106,600

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role

Join our growing team as a Senior Advisor, Relationship Marketing!

In this role, you'll take the lead in the planning, creation, execution and performance assessment of national relationship marketing campaigns. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects focusing on acquisition, loyalty, and retention for Intact Financial Corporation's brands, including Intact Insurance and belairdirect, across various markets. You'll play a crucial role in developing new strategies that align with our core business goals and offering insights to enhance our existing initiatives. After shaping these strategies, you'll lead the execution of these campaigns with the team to ensure success. You'll also represent our team in various committees and meetings, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do here

  • Lead the development, versioning, production and monitoring of full-funnel direct marketing campaigns and client communications (email, SMS, direct mail, call script) targeting existing customers and prospects, for the different Intact Financial Corporation brands and segments.
  • Manage projects autonomously, from the brief to the final delivery, gathering relevant insights and information for each project.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, in close collaboration with the internal teams (database, operations, IT, web environments, brand, legal, etc.), the relationship marketing agency and other external suppliers, ensuring that objectives, timelines and budgets are respected.
  • Review marketing collateral and coordinate approvals with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Validate proofs to ensure a flawless delivery without mistake.
  • Coordinate the tracking of expenses, open purchase orders and monitor accordingly.
  • Drive creativity while ensuring compliance with the various brands' creative guidelines.
  • Assess campaign performance in order to make recommendations for optimization, driving innovation and outperformance.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing / Communications or in any other related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in email marketing or relationship marketing or other marketing field also considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, results oriented and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Sense of organization and priority management.
  • Great ability to adapt to changes.
  • Leadership and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Dynamism, proactivity, and creative spirit.
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Agency experience, an asset.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, an asset.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) - For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
