INFINITI HR, a national Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our National Alliance Division in Scottsdale, AZ. This role focuses on B2B PEO sales, including prospecting new business, building long-term client relationships, presenting sales proposals, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas. You will also serve as a remote brand ambassador, representing INFINITI HR at national conventions, conferences, trade shows, and corporate-sponsored events. This position may also involve supporting strategic training programs and partnership initiatives across the National Alliance Sales Division.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive new B2B PEO sales for the National Alliance Sales Division
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales quotas
- Prospect new business and present sales proposals to franchise and corporate clients
- Represent INFINITI HR at national conventions, conferences, tradeshows, and corporate events
- Support strategic training programs, partnership initiatives, and corporate-sponsored events
- Serve as a remote brand ambassador, building strong and lasting client relationships
- Support sales-related initiatives across the National Alliance Division
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B or B2C strategic service sales required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in PEO, payroll, recruiting, employer insurance, InsurTech, FinTech, or franchise sales a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and business communication tools
- Self-starter who thrives in a merit-based, non-micromanaged, remote environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Must be willing and able to travel to represent the firm at corporate events, including national conventions, conferences, and tradeshows.
