As an Insurance Producer, you are the driving force behind our agency's growth and the primary guardian of our clients' peace of mind. You will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging modern sales techniques to identify risks and craft custom-tailored insurance proposals that protect what matters most to individuals and businesses alike. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and professional expertise. You will be responsible for building a robust portfolio from the ground up, maintaining long-term client relationships, and collaborating seamlessly with our internal sales and support teams to deliver a world-class customer experience. Whether you are a seasoned expert or a motivated professional ready to launch your career, you will be expected to achieve (or already hold) licensure in Property, Casualty, Commercial, and/or Crop insurance lines. 

Requirements

  • Build Client Relationships: Utilize effective sales techniques to gain, cultivate, and maintain a portfolio of insurance clients. Become a trusted advisor, helping individuals and businesses achieve financial stability. Will use various networking techniques to increase customer base.
  • Develop Tailored Solutions: From identifying client needs to crafting compelling insurance proposals, you will manage the sales process, demonstrating expertise and strategic thinking.
