    •    Sales Background: Proven track record of consistent production and meeting/exceeding sales goals

    •    Current Situation: Prefer agents who can sell but are being held back by poor lead flow, weak management, limited carrier options, or low compensation—not by lack of ability

    •    Work Ethic: Comfortable working 50–60+ hours per week

    •    Mindset: Highly competitive, self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and accountable

    •    Phone Skills: Strong objection handling, closing ability, and confidence on inbound/outbound phone sales

    •    Preferred Demographic: Primarily male candidates (preferred, not required)

Bonus Qualifications:

Previous experience with carriers such as Allstate Health, UnitedHealthcare/Golden Rule, Freedom Life, National General, Pivot, or similar private health products

Held multiple state licenses (10+ preferred)

Experience consistently writing high weekly premium or high application volume

History of working self-generated, aged, or live-transfer leads rather than relying solely on inbound marketing
