Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Buffalo, MN. The Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs, recommend suitable products, and explain coverage options clearly. Daily responsibilities include generating new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals, as well as managing renewals, policy changes, and follow-up communications. The role involves preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records in the agency’s systems. The Agent will also provide responsive customer service by handling inquiries, assisting with billing questions, and supporting clients through claims processes, while collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive client experience.
