Role Description The Insurance Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Cloquet, MN. This role involves meeting with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes, explaining policy features, processing applications, and managing renewals and policy changes. The Insurance Agent will respond to client inquiries, handle basic claims-related support, maintain accurate records in agency systems, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service goals. The role also includes staying current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant and effective client service.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively prospect, advise, and close new and renewal business.
