This is not a commission-only position. Our compensation plan includes a highly competitive base salary, uncapped commission potential, and performance-based bonuses. With consistent effort, a strong work ethic, and commitment to our proven sales process, first-year team members can realistically earn at least $70,000.

Prepare insurance quotes, deliver clear sales presentations, and confidently close new business
