Responsibilities
  • Follow up consistently on warm leads, quote requests, referrals, and existing opportunities
  • Make outbound calls and conduct proactive follow-up throughout the sales process
  • Quote and present Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions
  • Conduct coverage reviews to identify client needs and cross-sell opportunities
  • Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate protection
  • Build referral relationships through proactive outreach and networking
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and follow-up in agency systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly new-business production goals
  • Take ownership of individual sales activity, pipeline management, and results


Requirements
  • **Active Pennsylvania Property Casualty insurance license required**
  • Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven sales, business development, or client-facing experience
