Key Roles for this position are as follows.
 
 Project Coordinator
At the Penticton BC office, the Project Coordinator will ensure that all job files are up to date and the data within our software tools is accurate. The PC also ensures all necessary documentation and accounting for each job is complete, available, and saved where needed, along with ensuring that communication is done effectively and timely with the Insurance Adjusters who we work with, the customers, and the staff. Where necessary the PC also ensures that the communications are documented as required. The Project Coordinator also helps the Project Managers and Estimators achieve their goals. All responsibilities for a Project Coordinator may vary depending on the Project Manager, Supervisor and skills/workload.
Quality Assurance Champion
The QA Champion promotes the communication of our KPI performance throughout our companies. The QA Champion also works with individuals to improve performance in general as needed and helps create incentives to achieve high KPI performance.
 
 Budget Oversight and Purchase Order/Invoice Coordination
In this role, you would you your accounting skills to work with the Project Managers, Estimators, Customers and other staff to help achieve our accounting and Gross Margin goals. The assurance of good budgeting and estimating is critical to the success of our companies. The Manager of this group will oversee good accounting and budgeting practices, and help train staff as needed. Working with our team to improve both estimating and budgeting overtime is very important. You will work with the team to provide and track POs and then work with the Project Managers to monitor and approve invoices based on the budgets and estimates.  You would also ensure the General Manager ie kept informed in a timely manner about our estimating and budgeting performance.
