Overview

Manassas Smiles is seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting both our patients and practice by managing dental insurance processes, ensuring accurate claim submission and payment posting, and helping patients understand their treatment recommendations and financial options.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of dental insurance coordination, treatment coordination, or related dental office experience required

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dental office environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
