Job description

The agent/producer at Diversified Insurance Solutions is responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with commercial and personal lines clients and growing the book of business through new client sales.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify and develop commercial and personal insurance opportunities with existing and new clients in person, on the phone and through written communication.

Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-ups. Provide accurate and timely quotations of insurance as well as provide general account support.

Work with clients in preparation of policy renewals.

Review client audits as needed and facilitate any corrections.


Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education and product knowledge.


Requirements

Obtain or hold a NC insurance license.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry is desired by not required.

Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience.

Be people oriented and customer focused.


Have ability to solve problems and make sound business decisions.


Possess above average written and verbal communication skills as well as some technology/computer skills.
