Responsibilities
  • Complete 125300 outbound calls per day to generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct 1015 insurance consultations daily with qualified prospects
  • Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and additional insurance products based on customer needs
  • Produce $50,000+ in new written premium or 20+ new households every month
  • Generate 2+ referral relationships each month after the onboarding period
  • Maintain a minimum of 90% lead follow-up compliance on assigned opportunities
  • Keep detailed and accurate notes for every prospect in the agency CRM
  • Meet or exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly production benchmarks
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Campo Insurance Agency brand

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty License (current or able to obtain prior to employment)
  • Previous experience in insurance sales, inside sales, or another performance-driven sales environment is preferred
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills
  • Self-disciplined and goal-oriented
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
