What You'll Do
  • Conduct meticulous first piece, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Operate advanced CMM equipment; experience with PC-DMIS/Modus an asset.
  • Perform Magnetic Particle Inspections (MPI) and enforce NDT standard adherence.
  • Vet parts from suppliers, rejecting any that fail to meet standards.
  • Employ precision measurement tools including micrometers and calipers effectively.
  • Accurately decode blueprints and customer specifications.
  • Interpret GD&T symbols and participate in PPAP/ISIR processes.
  • Support audits with maintained calibration systems.
  • Guide production teams while advancing our quality systems.
Qualifications You Bring
  • 2-4 years' practical experience in manufacturing and quality.
  • Expertise in CMM inspection and programming; Micro-Vu knowledge appreciated.
  • Aerospace and metal manufacturing experience.
  • Foundational math and geometry skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with bevel gear production is advantageous.
