Overview of an eAssist Success Consultant:

Success Consultants provide Dental Billing, Patient Portion, or Insurance Verification services for our clients, conveniently from their own home offices. Whether you still work in a dental office or if you want to jump into eAssist full time, we have opportunities that fit with your life. They are responsible for providing assistance in a variety of forms to help alleviate workload and stress from the office. Insurance Verification Specialist:

An accurate and reliable insurance breakdown is essential to a practice's insurance protocol. In the role of Insurance Verification Specialist, you will be delivering accurate information for a variety of verifications in a timely fashion (48 hours prior to patient's scheduled appointment), and in a kind and professional manner. Our clients choose between a basic, extensive, extensive plus plan as well as decide to have us enter the data or simply upload our standardized forms for them into the patient's document center.

Expectations and Commitment:

As an Independent Contractor, you must come to us with full knowledge of how to complete an extensive dental insurance verification and perform all of the tasks and functions on an already mastered dental software, on your own computer that meets or exceeds our IT requirements.

All new undertakings have an adjustment period, and we estimate that becoming accustomed to eAssist, your new office and their expectations, and acclimating to working virtually will take about 6-8 weeks. In most cases, you will be implementing a new system for your office and this can be heavily front loaded with time until you create your database of insurance plans to make your process more efficient. As a new business owner, it is common and expected to put more time and energy into building your business in the beginning.

Individuals will be expected to have at least 3 hours a day, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours (8:00-5:00 est) to dedicate to this role.

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE at least 1 accumulative year of extensive DENTAL INSURANCE VERIFICATION experience as your primary responsibility either as a DENTAL Office Manager, Insurance Coordinator or similar title.

  • Must come to us with full knowledge of how to complete an extensive dental insurance verification and perform all of the tasks and functions on an already mastered dental software

  • Self-motivated -set your own schedule/ manage time as an Independent Contractor

  • Team player mentality to work with other contractors and practice business staff

  • Proficiency of one or more dental software systems

  • High speed Internet and a PC/Mac with a current operating system

  • Must be able to dedicate 3 hours a day, during normal business hours
