About the Role:
The Medical Office Coordinator helps keep our medical department running smoothly. Youll manage patient scheduling, oversee records and billing, and support both clinical and administrative staff to ensure our clients receive the best care possible.


What Youll Do:

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage medical records
  • Oversee billing, insurance verification, and authorizations
  • Supervise medical technicians and administrative staff
  • Communicate with providers, families, and outside agencies
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare and confidentiality standards


What Were Looking For:

  • Ability to work 9am-5pm
  • Experience in a medical office or healthcare administration role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and billing processes (preferred)
