We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Automotive Title Clerk to process vehicle sales paperwork, prepare tax and title documents, submit legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles, verify that funds have been collected, ensure the accuracy of all documentation related to vehicle registration, and more.

Responsibilities - Automotive Title Clerk: 

  • Process vehicle sales paperwork, prepare tax and title documents, submit legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles, verify that funds have been collected, ensure the accuracy of all documentation related to vehicle registration, and more.
  • Processing Vehicle Sales: Handling all paperwork for new and used vehicle registrations.
  • Document Preparation: Preparing tax and title documents necessary for vehicle transactions.
  • Legal Compliance: Submitting legal transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
  • Verification of Funds: Ensuring that all funds are collected and that the correct lienholder is paid off before processing title applications.
