About the Role: We are seeking insurance professionals with 5 years of commercial insurance experience, an active P&C license, and commercial transportation / trucking experience, for current and future opportunities within our Account Management career path based on experience and licensing.
 

Provide administrative, technical, and customer service support to the account team and assigned clients. This role ensures accurate policy processing, supports new and renewal business, and maintains high service standards while minimizing risk exposure.
 

The scope, autonomy, and complexity of responsibilities increase by level, ranging from task execution (Account Associate) to independent account management and technical advisory (Account Manager Associate).

Client Service & Support

  • Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams

  • Communicate workload status and resolve service requests efficiently

Policy Administration

  • Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements
