What will your day look like? You will be: 

  • Responsible for analyzing, investigating, gathering and presenting financial data, tax information and credit documentation for determining a clients' credit worthiness.
  • Reviewing and initiating loan documents for legal and structural considerations, making sure they are following policies and regulations.
  • Placing calls to clients to better underwrite credits.
  • Assisting with collection efforts and customer problem resolution.
  • Consulting with relationship managers and portfolio managers in preparing customer information for credit review and loan presentations.
  • Assisting in providing customer service on behalf of loan officers/relationship managers and team leaders.
  • Responsible for disbursement of funds.
  • Remaining flexible and taking on other due diligence and portfolio maintenance responsibilities to enable the success of the bank.

Who should apply? We want someone who has:

  • A Bachelors' degree and some experience in loan processes, credit, credit analysis, documentation or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Basic knowledge of credit, credit analysis and experience working with various types of loans.
  • The ability to meet deadlines, audit documentation and solve problems.
  • The ability to make recommendations to officers.
  • Good communication, customer service and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and various types of credit analysis software.
  • Attention to detail with consistent self-management and follow-through.
  • You must want to be part of a motivated and driven team and work with respected leaders. We need someone who is proactive, has a great attitude, is confident and wants to inspire others to achieve bank initiatives and drive loan growth.
