The Opportunity

We are actively seeking driven, entrepreneurial Insurance Brokers (Independent Contractors) who are ready to take ownership of their career, income, and client relationships.

This is not a traditional “employee” role — this is an opportunity to build a book of business within a high-performance environment, backed by a brokerage that provides:

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage your own book of business (personal and/or commercial lines)
  • Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities
  • Provide expert insurance advice tailored to client needs
  • Quote, negotiate, and bind policies with our carrier partners
  • Maintain strong client relationships and retention
  • Collaborate with internal support teams for servicing and processing
  • Ensure compliance with all RIBO and regulatory requirements

Who You Are

  • RIBO Licensed (preferred)
  • Minimum 1–3+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow income
  • Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and performance-oriented
  • Committed to delivering exceptional client experience

Compensation

  • Commission-based (independent contractor structure)
