Responsibilities
  • Generate new business by leveraging networking opportunities, referrals, online leads, and involvement within the local community
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to understand client priorities and recommend customized insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products
  • Grow and manage your client portfolio through proactive follow-up, cross-selling strategies, and strong relationship development
  • Meet or surpass monthly production targets and profitability expectations
  • Provide an exceptional client experience that fosters trust, loyalty, and long-term retention
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
  • Track record of success in sales, whether in insurance, financial services, real estate, or other performance-driven industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Proven talent for building relationships and closing deals in a consultative sales setting
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for independence and financial advancement
  • Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (agency provides training and covers fees)
  • Bachelors degree preferred; minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Drivers License required
