We serve a diverse portfolio of personal and commercial lines clients across New Jersey and are licensed in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida. Our success is driven by strong client retention and hands-on leadership. Employees love our leadership's open-door policy and our team's overall positive culture.

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing new personal lines insurance opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with prospects and current clients to identify coverage needs, provide tailored solutions, and support long-term retention. This is an excellent opportunity to build a stable book of business.

  • Base salary of $30,225 per year plus bonus and performance incentives, year-end total $50,000-$60,000
  • Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick leave

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new personal lines sales opportunities
  • Quote, present, and bind coverage for new and existing clients
  • Prospect, round accounts, and pursue win-back opportunities
  • Support renewals and retention efforts
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and documentation
  • Stay current on products, coverages, and licensing requirements

Requirements
  • Active insurance license is required
  • Prior insurance sales or service experience a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prospect, follow up, and close business
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using agency management systems and technology
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
