What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for existing clients, providing proactive service and helping them navigate their insurance needs throughout the life of their policies.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of Personal Lines insurance accounts.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

Respond to customer questions and service requests by phone, email, and in person.

Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage updates.

Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify changing needs and potential coverage gaps.

Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on each client's individual situation.

Identify account rounding and cross-selling opportunities that provide additional value and protection.

Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, discounts, and available products.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen retention.

Process policy transactions accurately and maintain complete, organized client records.

Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal team members to resolve client needs efficiently.

Identify opportunities for referrals and new business through strong client relationships and exceptional service.

Collaborate with the team to achieve agency service, retention, and growth goals.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.

Previous insurance agency experience strongly preferred.

Experience managing and servicing Personal Lines accounts.

Experience with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and customer service.

Life Insurance License is a plus or willingness to obtain.

Familiarity with agency management systems and insurance technology.
