At SafetyClerk, we are building the next generation of construction operations, safety, risk management, and insurance technology software.

Our platform helps Construction Managers, General Contractors, Owners, Brokers, and Subcontractors digitize and manage everything happening on a jobsite: workforce onboarding, safety compliance, time tracking, access control, insurance tracking, daily logs, incident reporting, equipment inspections, and more.

SafetyClerk combines construction operations, compliance, workforce management, and real‑time risk intelligence into a single platform designed to help companies reduce risk, improve accountability, and better manage large-scale projects across the United States.

We are looking for a Product Manager to help drive product execution and coordination across engineering, customer success, support, sales, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who understands both software products and real‑world operational workflows.

What You'll Do
  • Own and help manage the product roadmap across multiple initiatives
  • Gather and prioritize product feedback from customers, customer success, support, sales, and leadership
  • Translate operational and customer needs into clear product specifications
  • Write detailed GitHub issues, specs, workflows, and feature requirements for the engineering team
  • Coordinate closely with engineering to ensure features are delivered properly and on time
  • Help prioritize bugs, feature requests, UX improvements, and larger strategic initiatives
  • Participate in product brainstorming, workflow design, and process optimization
  • Work closely with leadership on product direction and long
  • Assist with QA and validation before releases
  • Help create scalable internal product processes as the company grows
What We're Looking For
  • 3 to 7+ years of Product Management or Product Operations experience
  • Experience working with SaaS products and engineering teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience writing technical product specs and managing development workflows
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Linear, Jira, Notion, or similar tools
  • Ability to prioritize fast moving requests and balance short term needs with long term vision
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities
  • Strong problem solving mindset and attention to detail
Big Plus If You Have
  • Experience in construction tech, insurtech, field operations, safety, compliance, workforce management, or related industries
  • Understanding of construction operations and jobsite workflows
  • Experience working with operational or compliance focused software
  • Startup experience
  • Experience working directly with customers and translating feedback into product decisions
