Interns gain hands-on experience in areas such as underwriting, claims, risk assessment, sales, or customer service. These internships provide valuable exposure to the insurance industry, help students develop professional skills, and can sometimes lead to full-time employment opportunities after graduation. Participants often work alongside professionals, receive training, and complete projects that contribute to the company's operations.
