Job description

Description
The position is available only to full-time students taking in-person business classes on the Pace Pleasantville campus.
  • Associates at Pace Delivers fulfill orders from the pacedelivers.org website and deliver food from area restaurants to Pace University students.
  • Some associates are promoted into management positions at this student-run business
  • Duties include processing delivery orders in the Pace Delivers office, picking up orders from restaurants, and delivering to Pace students in Pleasantville
  • Managers perform all management duties for the business including accounting, marketing, HR, and general management.

Requirements
Applicants must be students taking courses on campus at Pace Pleasantville and have a declared major or minor in business disciplines. Applicants must be willing to work late nights and have access to a car and drivers license.
  • Must have patience with customers and other team members
  • Need good organizational and computer skills
  • Strong problem resolution and customer service skills
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Must have a car and a clean driving record, as well as high liability coverage on car insurance
