Position Overview
The Insurance Service Representative plays a key role in supporting clients with policy servicing, billing questions, coverage changes, and general account maintenance. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and coverage questions
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries
  • Review policies for accuracy and completeness
  • Document all client interactions thoroughly
  • Follow up on pending items in a timely manner
  • Support producers and agency leadership as needed
  • Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company standards

Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience required (insurance experience preferred)
  • Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computer systems and CRM platforms
  • Professional demeanor with a solutions-oriented mindset
