We're looking for a Service Advisor who can help drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support operations across multiple locations when needed.
This is more than a typical service writer position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow, lead, and eventually have the opportunity to run a store.
What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and build trust
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Perform vehicle walkarounds and review inspection results
  • Build estimates and present recommendations
  • Follow up on declined work and customer concerns

  • Support daily shop operations
  • Assist multiple locations as business needs require
