Salary Base Pay Range

State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:

$55,056 to $67,290 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)

$49,550 to $60,561 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)

$44,044 to $53,832 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)

The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.

In CA: Typical hiring range is $55,056 to $67,290

Compensation Overview

Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Professional, you will quote and sell insurance products across all 50 states, representing multiple trusted carriers. Working with motivated, inbound leads, you'll assess customer's needs and recommend the best combination of price and coverage-delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Training, tools, and support are provided to help you succeed.

• Quote multiple lines of insurance for multiple carriers nationwide
• Handle inbound calls and follow up to close sales
• Deliver a high-quality, consultative customer experience
• Identify customer needs and provide coverage recommendations
• Achieve individual sales performance goals
• Stay current on carrier guidelines, systems, and product offerings

• Confidence in your sales ability with a focus on closing
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savviness and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Active Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
• Must be eligible to obtain licensing in all states
• Personal Lines Insurance sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree a plus
