Job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing Farmers Insurance agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, generating new business, quoting and selling auto and home insurance, following up with customers, and providing excellent service throughout the sales process. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, goal-oriented, professional, and comfortable making outbound calls. A Property Casualty insurance license is preferred, and training will be provided to the right candidate. Competitive hourly pay, commission opportunities, performance bonuses, and potential hybrid work are available.


Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls

Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with customers

Quote and sell auto and home insurance

Explain coverage options, discounts, and policy details clearly

Follow up with leads and existing customers

Meet monthly sales and activity goals

Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency procedures

Provide professional, friendly, and responsive customer service

Work with agency systems and CRM tools to track leads and sales

Requirements

Active Property Casualty insurance license preferred

Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required
