What role will YOU play


โ€ข Assist customers on the showroom floor

โ€ข Accept and process customer payments

โ€ข Direct customer opportunities to the Sales Manager as it relates to service and sales

โ€ข Maintain the appearance and organization of the customer transaction counter

โ€ข Assist in the maintenance of the showroom including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, and organizing merchandise

โ€ข Maintain regular mailing campaign to drive revenue and partner with sales manager on sales campaigns

โ€ข Input customer information for new lease agreements purposes

โ€ข Update customer information and account statuses

โ€ข Answer incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate team member

โ€ข Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals

โ€ข Process order forms and references

โ€ข File and maintain customer folders and customer files

โ€ข Any other reasonable duties requested by management

What do we need from YOU

โ€ข At least 18 years old

โ€ข Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm

โ€ข High School diploma or equivalent preferred

โ€ข Strong organizational and communication, both verbal and interpersonal skills

โ€ข High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store and multitasking effectively

โ€ข Ability to assist with lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly

โ€ข General product knowledge preferred

โ€ข Maintain a professional appearance

โ€ข Proficient computer skills and telephone etiquette

โ€ข Strong sales skills in person and via telephone

โ€ข High level of energy in the workplace
