About the Role — PC Insurance Sales Agent!

We are seeking a Homeowners Insurance Specialist who is driven, relationship-focused, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This opportunity is ideal for team players who are passionate about building meaningful customer relationships while continuously developing their sales and insurance expertise.

You will be supported through daily coaching, ongoing training, and a collaborative team culture, while benefiting from flexible scheduling, uncapped earning potential, and strong lead flow. This role offers multiple opportunities to connect with Auto Insurance, assess their needs, and deliver tailored coverage solutions that protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Flexible schedule within operating hours. Hybrid Position available after agent meets all company qualifications.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales and production goals by generating new business and cross-selling Auto and other products over the phone.

• Engage with warm leads provided through multiple channels to effectively quote, present, and close Homeowners Insurance solutions.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by educating clients on coverage options and helping them protect their families, vehicles and assets.


• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development programs designed to continuously strengthen sales performance, communication skills, and insurance expertise.


• Complete all required licensing, product knowledge, and compliance training in accordance with company and regulatory standards.


• Accurately prepare insurance quotes, conduct professional sales presentations, and successfully Homeowners Insurance policies.


• Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and promptly, with a focus on first-call resolution and minimal wait times.


• Efficiently navigate internal systems and platforms to write policies, process endorsements, and manage customer accounts.


• Approach every customer interaction as an opportunity to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance and related financial products.


• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, ensuring customer records are current and complete.
